In accordance with the method provided by the invention, the permanent magnet can be divided into at least two concentric arc-shaped parts with equal scale mark, based on the semi-finished permanent motor which is composed of stators and rotors. And the balanced sludge will be applied to all chamfering edges, as well as around the permanent magnet, to accomplish the cage-shaped structure. The invention is applicable to the motor with high precise control operation, which integrates the fixing method and the dynamic balance process of the rotor.
