The driving gear (7) is driven by a driving motor (77) fixedly connected with the supporting frame (6) through a support (76), a storage battery (15) is fixedly arranged on the part, on the left side of the driving motor (77), of the support (76) and electrically connected with the driving motor (77), the storage battery (15) is further electrically connected with a solar panel, and an
inverter is further connected between the solar panel and the storage battery (15). Thus, solar energy is converted into
electricity energy through the solar panel, the
electricity energy is stored in the storage battery (15) to supply power to the driving motor (77), and accordingly energy is saved.
