The method comprises: 1) at sending end, segmenting multimedia data into multi independent media data units; 2) recording the length information about each media data unit in the header information of the media data; 3) adding syn code between each media data unit to separate the multimedia data unit; 4) sending the header information, the media data units and the syn codes between the media data units to the receiving end.
