Abstract

The invention relates the rubber composition used to make antivibration device. The technology uses the friction energy loss strut attachment, and the strut attachment is composed by armored concrete and antivibration device. The antivibration device is composed by steel plate and rubber, and there is fastening force between steel plate and rubber. The antivibration device has a physical-mechanical properties request for rubber. The invention comprises 15-25wt% natural gum, 65-85wt% nitrile rubber, 0.9-1.5wt% sulphur, 0.2-0.5wt% accelerating agent D, 1.2-1.6wt% curing agent DM, 3.8-4.2wt% zinc oxide, 1.4-1.6wt% stearyl ester, 30-50wt% high abrasion black, 5-8wt% butyester, 3-6wt% phenol resin, 1.1-1.3wt% anti-aging agent 4010NA, and 1.1-1.3wt% anti-aging agent D. The rubber composition can meet the request of antivibration device.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of functional rubber, and in particular relates to a rubber composition used for building shock absorption and energy consumption devices. Background technique [0002] An emerging technology for shock absorption and disaster prevention of building structures is the use of frictional energy-dissipating support devices. For details, see the article "Performance and Engineering Application of Frictional Energy-Dissipating Support Devices" in the third issue of "Engineering Earthquake Resistance" in 2004. The supporting device is composed of reinforced concrete support and shock-absorbing energy dissipator. When the start-up condition (moderate earthquake to large earthquake) is not reached, its function is close to rigid support; when the start-up condition is reached, the shock-absorbing energy consumer starts to work Dissipate seismic energy, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the structure.
