Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing bricks with cellar coal ash and slag, comprising the steps of: preparing raw materials in weight percent: cellar coal ash and slag 50-60wt%, cobble 20-30wt%, fixing material 15-20wt%, where the fixing material comprises cement 70-80%, plaster 10-15% and quick drying powder 10-15%; putting the cellar coal ash and slag and cobble into a crusher for crushing; then putting them into a blender and adding in the fixing material; adding in water in 20-30%, and blending uniformly; feeding mixture into a moulding machine to make brick blanks; horizontally placing the brick blanks and airing; sprinkling once every 24 hours, total twice; and finally airing for 24 hours. And the prepared bricks have low cost, low specific gravity, high intensity, strong pressure resistance, and good antifreezing property.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing building materials, in particular to a method for preparing bricks from briquette ash, and also to bricks prepared by the method. Background technique [0002] Brick is a commonly used building material with a very large amount, especially in the vast rural areas, where it is more commonly used. Fired bricks are generally made of clay, and a large amount of clay fired bricks will cause damage to land resources. Therefore, some places have issued a policy of banning clay-fired bricks. In order to protect land resources from damage, a variety of bricks without clay have been developed, such as using waste slag, sand and other bricks. The raw material resource of these brick making is limited, can not satisfy the demand of brick making. These brick-making raw materials are only available in a few places. For places lacking these resources, no matter buying raw materials or locally produced bricks, the cos...
