Abstract

An apparatus for receiving a television or a navigator display monitor for vehicles which can easily and automatically regulate a horizontal angle of a monitor mounted therein. The apparatus comprises a chassis panel ( 5 ) having synthetic resin sliders positioned at both sides thereof, a tilting body (1) being connected to a monitor cover frame ( 3 ), a driving motor ( 6, 16 ) provided at the tilting body (1) and a gear train ( 7, 8, 19, 21, 22 ) for reducing speed of the driving motor ( 6, 16 ), a pivoting plate ( 23 ) having a pivoting gear (24)rotated by the driving motor(16), and a pair of rotating shafts ( 31 ) being rotatably installed to the tilting body (1).
