Embodiment 1

[0029] Fully mix 5g of tamsulosin hydrochloride and 470g of microcrystalline cellulose, add 500g of a mixture containing 83.3g of Eudragit L30D-55 (25g is solid) and water, and use a high-speed stirring granulator to make the mixture into granules. The obtained particles are spherical and have a particle size of 0.1-1.5 mm, most of which are 0.2-1.0 mm.

[0030] The obtained granules are mixed with talc and magnesium stearate, and filled into capsules to prepare capsule preparations (one capsule contains 0.2 mg of tamsulosin hydrochloride).

Embodiment 2-6

[0032] By the same steps as in Example 1, the granules prepared according to the formula in Table 1 were made into capsule preparations.

Embodiment 7

[0035] 5 g of tamsulosin hydrochloride, 420 g of microcrystalline cellulose and 50 g of magnesium stearate were thoroughly mixed. A mixture of 83.3 g of Eudragit L30D-55 (25 g is solid) and water was added thereto, the mixture was stirred, and then the mixture was granulated with a centrifugal liquid granulator. The obtained particles are spherical and have a particle size of 0.1-1.5 mm, most of which are 0.2-1.0 mm.

[0036] The obtained granules are mixed with talc and magnesium stearate, and filled into capsules to prepare capsule preparations (one capsule contains 0.2 mg of tamsulosin hydrochloride).

Abstract

A pharmaceutical composition for improving chronic pelvic cavity pain syndrome due to urinary dysfunction where said composition contains tamsulosin or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a medicament, and more particularly to a therapeutic agent for improving chronic pelvic pain syndrome caused by urinary dysfunction. Background technique [0002] Urethral itching, discomfort and burning are known to occur in patients with obstructive voiding disorders, including benign prostatic hyperplasia and lower urinary tract disease. On the other hand, in addition to these urethra-related symptoms, discomfort and pain may occur in the lower abdominal / perineal area. It is believed that with urine accumulated in the bladder, this visceral load can be transmitted as irritation to other organs, which can then manifest as pain in the lower abdominal / perineal area or lower back area. In recent years, chronic pelvic pain syndrome has been adopted as a diagnostic name for these lower abdominal / perineal and lower back pains caused by decreased urine production (1995 NIH Workshop on Chronic Prostatitis / Urology, 60(1), 74-...
