Abstract

The invention is a submerged arc welding machine dual digital signal processor control system. The power source external characteristic module consists of primary digital signal processor DSP and submerged arc welding machine main circuit, primary voltage sensor and current sensor. Feeding and buggy control module consists of secondary digital signal processor DSP and secondary voltage sensor, feeding motor, buggy motor which linked together. Aiding functions module consists of single piece processor and micro printer, keyboard and LCD. Single piece processor serial port links with the serial ports of primary and secondary digital signal processor. The two DSP each finishes the power source external characteristic closed ring control and the buggy moving motor and feeding motor closed ring control. The single piece processor is mainly in charge of man-machine port, communication, printing, real-time displaying the welding status parameter. The whole system is controlled by software which is namely the all digital control of submerged are welding machine.
