[0002] It is known that viral vectors are mainly used to introduce genes into living bodies by using their cell infiltration ability. These viral vectors include, for example, adenoviruses, herpesviruses, retroviruses, and the like. [0003] Adenovirus is a non-enveloped double-stranded DNA virus and causes mild upper respiratory tract infections, keratoconjunctivitis, gastroenteritis, etc. in humans. The adenoviral genome is approximately 36 kb and is readily manipulated using conventional recombinant DNA techniques.
