The powder conveying device is provided with: a storage unit for storing powder; a conveying member which extends in the axial direction, is disposed in the housing part, rotates, and conveys the powder in the housing part in the axial direction; and a swinging member which is supported by the conveying member so as to rotate in accordance with the rotation of the conveying member, and which swings in a direction different from the axial direction while rotating.
