The invention discloses a science and technology project and achievement review method and system, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out review meeting setting by a review administrator, then initiating review, and sending a review notice to each judge; wherein the review meeting setting comprises a to-be-reviewed item, a judge, a pre-review role, a counting rule and a voting rule; step 2, after receiving the review notification, each judge enters a review meeting system, reviews the to-be-reviewed item and performs scoring and voting on the to-be-reviewed item, and a review administrator performs counting on scoring and voting results meeting a voting rule; and step 3, the review administrator sends a counting result to the judge owner to confirm a final result, and the result is published after the result is confirmed to be correct. According to the method, the actual requirements of scientific and technological achievement review are met, all review processes are performed on line, the problem of complex statistics of review results is solved, the efficiency and fairness of review are improved, and the review work is more standardized and scientific.
