Abstract

The invention discloses an immobilization method and application of feather degrading bacteria. Comprising the following steps: inoculating a feather degrading bacterium, namely Chryseobacterium, into an LB liquid culture medium to obtain fermentation liquor; waste biomass is taken as a carrier, is crushed and sterilized, and is subjected to oscillation adsorption with the bacterial liquid; after the adsorption is finished, putting the immobilized feather degrading bacteria into a culture dish, adding tetramethyl orthosilicate for sealed reaction to obtain immobilized feather degrading bacteria, and adding the immobilized feather degrading bacteria into a feather fermentation liquid to degrade feathers and obtain an amino acid fermentation liquid. According to the microorganism immobilization method disclosed by the invention, the waste biomass is used as a carrier, so that the microorganism is prevented from being in contact with a silicon precursor and a by-product in a silica sol-gel process, a required carbon source is also provided for a bacterial strain immobilized on the microorganism, and the microorganism immobilization method has good biocompatibility. And the silica gel process can prevent the leakage of the microorganisms adsorbing the immobilized microbial agent and enhance the stability of the microorganisms. The finally prepared immobilized microbial agent is high in feather degradation rate, easy to recycle and capable of being used for multiple times.
