The micro-assembly material intelligent warehousing system comprises a server, an MES system, a WMS system and a WCS system. Wherein the MSE system manages a micro-assembly production process and micro-assembly material delivery orders and plans; the WMS manages the SKU codes and shelf codes of the micro-assembly materials to form a warehousing and distribution plan of the micro-assembly materials; and the WCS system dispatches the AGV trolley to complete storage and distribution of the micro-assembly materials. The three subsystems are mutually connected through a server and send instructions and return information through interfaces, when the micro-assembly material intelligent warehousing system works, the MES issues a micro-assembly production plan to the WMS, the WMS forms a micro-assembly material distribution plan and issues the micro-assembly material distribution plan to the WCS, and the WCS dispatches the AGV to complete micro-assembly material warehousing and distribution.
