Abstract

The invention discloses a group target detection method based on electromagnetic scattering characteristics and topological configuration. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, receiving a dual-polarized SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) image; step 2, obtaining a polarization enhanced image; step 3, obtaining a mean filtering image; 4, selecting a segmentation algorithm, and processing the mean filtering image obtained in the step 3 by adopting the selected segmentation algorithm to obtain a first binary image; step 5, performing MRF segmentation on the mean filtering image to obtain a second binary image; step 6, performing target pixel clustering on the first binary image obtained in the step 4 by adopting a first-row and second-column clustering method to obtain a plurality of single targets; step 7, obtaining a plurality of single targets corresponding to the second binary image; 8, obtaining a plurality of target groups; and step 9, selecting the target group with the maximum confidence value as the detected target group. The method can meet the requirements of high-precision and real-time detection of the group targets in the SAR image in an actual application scene.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of SAR image processing and target recognition, in particular to a group target detection method based on electromagnetic scattering characteristics and topological configuration. Background technique [0002] SAR has all-weather and all-weather capabilities. It can not only obtain image features such as the structure and shape of the target, but also obtain electromagnetic scattering characteristics such as the intensity and amplitude of scattering points. The available information is more abundant. Using SAR imaging to accurately identify group targets with significant electromagnetic scattering characteristics is of great significance for applications such as radar guidance. [0003] Due to the complex environmental background in the actual application scene, typical scenes include Gobi desert, grassland, woodland, viaduct, building complex, etc., and group target detection and recognition are more diffic...
