Abstract

The invention discloses a polyolefin composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The polyolefin composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of polyolefin resin; 3 to 50 parts of a toughening agent; 5-15 parts of expanded perlite powder; 0-20 parts of a mineral filler; 0-2 parts of other auxiliary agents; the average particle size of the expanded perlite powder is 15-60 microns. The expanded perlite powder is added into a polyolefin resin system to improve the spraying performance of the polyolefin resin, and the added expanded perlite powder does not influence the mechanical property of the polyolefin resin, so that the polyolefin composition has good spraying performance and good mechanical property at the same time. The polyolefin resin composition disclosed by the invention can be used for preparing indoor building decorative plates, automobile interior and exterior decoration products or various products in the thermal insulation field.
