The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, morpholine, electrolyte and a mixed solvent of chloroform and water to obtain a mixed solution, taking a platinum sheet as an electrolytic material, and carrying out electrifying reaction to obtain a reaction mixed solution; and then sequentially carrying out extraction, concentration, separation and purification on the reaction mixed solution to obtain the 2-(morpholinyl thio) benzothiazole.
