Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for evaluating the influence of power grid construction on the environment. The method comprises the steps that environment influence elements of power grid construction in all links of source grid load storage are determined; a two-stage evaluation index model is constructed, the two-stage evaluation index model comprises first-stage indexes and second-stage indexes, the first-stage indexes comprise a resource consumption value, a greenhouse gas emission value, an acidification value, an eutrophication value, a human body toxicity value and an ecological system toxicity value, and the second-stage indexes comprise a total carbon emission value and a comprehensive environmental influence value; performing list analysis on the environmental influence elements to obtain an analysis result; inputting the analysis result into a two-stage evaluation index model, and performing quantitative calculation on a first-stage index according to the analysis result to obtain a first-stage evaluation result; and calculating the second-level index according to the first-level evaluation result so as to obtain an evaluation result of the influence of the power grid construction on the environment. The method can achieve the evaluation of the impact on the environment in the power grid construction process, and is objective and accurate.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to the technical field of power grid construction, in particular to an evaluation method and an evaluation device for the impact of power grid construction on the environment. Background technique [0002] For a long time, the understanding of the environmental impact of power grid construction has been limited to the power transmission process in a narrow sense, including line loss, ecological environmental impact of power grid engineering, solid waste, environmental impact of office facilities, etc. In recent years, the above environmental problems have been greatly improved. However, under the requirements of ecological civilization and carbon neutrality, the requirements for environmental protection and energy conservation in the process of power grid construction will become higher and higher. However, the assessment of environmental impact is still subjective, resulting in the final assessment results not scientific enough...
