The invention provides a fractured volcanic rock stratum return-loss leakage plugging method. The invention discloses a fractured volcanic rock stratum return-loss leakage plugging method. The method comprises the following steps of collecting leakage data of a leakage well, and determining a leakage type of the leakage well according to the leakage data; plugging slurry being prepared; evaluating the indoor leaking stoppage effect by using a leaking stoppage instrument; pulling out a hole and putting a polished drill rod, putting a drilling tool to the bottom of a leakage layer of the leakage well, filling drilling fluid in an annular space, and pumping leakage stopping slurry; and pulling out the hole to the upper liquid level of the special plugging slurry, closing the blowout preventer, and pressurizing to squeeze the plugging slurry into the leakage layer till the drilling parameters all meet the drilling design requirements. The method effectively solves a problem of poor return-loss leakage stoppage effect of volcanic fractured formation in the prior art.
