Abstract

A 3D graphene/Fe3O4 magnetic composite material is prepared through a coprecipitation method, wherein magnetic solid-phase extraction is constructed to be combined with a fluorospectro photometer to detect rhodamine B in food. Strong pi-pi interaction and electrostatic attraction exist between the graphene and the rhodamine B, and the strong adsorption effect of the graphene on the rhodamine B is achieved through mutual attraction between the graphene and the rhodamine B; and the Fe3O4 is combined with graphene, so that the adsorption separation process is simple and rapid. The adsorption isotherm accords with a Langmuir isothermal adsorption model, the adsorption capacity is 22.09 mg/g, the adsorption kinetic data fitting accords with a quasi-secondary kinetic equation, and the balance can be reached after 10 minutes of adsorption. The established detection method is simple, rapid, high in sensitivity and wide in linear range.
