The output confidence can provide data support for participation of new energy output in power balance of an urban power grid, and provide reasonable reference for setting of a new energy output level; the output fluctuation degree can provide data support for real-time dispatching unit output of a power grid, a dispatcher can conveniently pre-judge the maximum fluctuation of new energy output, and reference is provided for adjustment of a traditional unit; and the load curve matching degree can provide data support for peak regulation balance of a power grid, thermal power startup and shutdown are adjusted in time according to the peak-valley difference after the load curve is superposed with new energy output, peak regulation balance is guaranteed, and the abandoned electric quantity of the new energy is reduced.
