Embodiment 1

[0023] A vegetable seedling substrate based on kitchen waste, made of the following raw materials by mass: 30 parts of kitchen waste organic fertilizer, 5 parts of branches, 8 parts of reeds, 10 parts of fallen leaves, 10 parts of mushroom residue, 10 parts of straw, 0.5 part of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal agent, 0.3 part of seaweed polysaccharide, and 0.3 part of polyamine.

[0024] Wherein, the number of effective viable bacteria of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal agent is more than or equal to 200 million / g.

[0025] The polyamines are mixed with putrescine, spermine and spermidine.

[0026] Prepared as follows:

[0027] S1. To obtain kitchen waste, first manually remove unusable or difficult-to-degrade materials, rinse to remove oil and salt; then biologically dry the kitchen waste to control the moisture content to ≤ 40%; then ferment in the silo reactor for 15 days , the fermentation temperature in the silo needs to be above 60°C; then add lime according to 1% of t...

Embodiment 2

[0032] The raw materials and preparation method are the same as those in Example 1, the difference is: 40 parts of kitchen waste organic fertilizer, 7.5 parts of branches, 9 parts of reeds, 11 parts of fallen leaves, 12.5 parts of mushroom residue, 12.5 parts of straw, and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal agent 0.75 parts, 0.4 parts of seaweed polysaccharide, and 0.4 parts of polyamine.

Embodiment 3

[0034] The raw materials and preparation method are the same as those in Example 1, the difference is: 50 parts of kitchen waste organic fertilizer, 10 parts of branches, 10 parts of reeds, 12 parts of fallen leaves, 15 parts of mushroom residue, 15 parts of straw, and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal agent 1 part, 0.5 part of seaweed polysaccharide, 0.5 part of polyamine.

[0035] The purpose of the test: to verify the test effect, the optimal proportion and the influence on the growth and development of vegetables of the vegetable seedling raising substrate of the present invention.

[0036] Test materials and locations

[0037] Test materials: kitchen waste organic fertilizer; other wastes (twigs, reeds, fallen leaves, mushroom residue and straw); other substances (arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal agents, seaweed polysaccharides, polyamines).

[0038] Plants tested: Chinese cabbage, Chinese cabbage.

[0039] Test site: Suzhou Dongshan Vegetable Base.

Abstract

The invention discloses a vegetable seedling culture substrate based on kitchen waste. The vegetable seedling culture substrate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-50 parts of kitchen waste organic fertilizer, 5-10 parts of branches, 8-10 parts of reeds, 10-12 parts of fallen leaves, 10-15 parts of mushroom residues, 10-15 parts of straws, 0.5-1 part of an arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi fungicide, 0.3-0.5 part of algal polysaccharides and 0.3-0.5 part of polyamine. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the substrate. The problem of resource utilization of kitchen waste is solved, and the novel seedling culture substrate for the growth of vegetables is also provided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural technology, in particular to a vegetable seedling raising substrate based on kitchen waste and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Kitchen waste mainly refers to perishable domestic waste containing organic matter, including household kitchen waste, kitchen waste and other kitchen waste, which have the characteristics of high moisture content, high fat, high organic matter, and perishability. Food waste that is not properly treated will also pollute urban water, soil, air, and even endanger human health. The resource utilization of kitchen waste needs to be resolved urgently. [0003] With the rapid development of protected horticulture and the trend of industrialization of agricultural production, peat, as an important seedling substrate for soilless cultivation techniques, has seen a sharp increase in its usage. However, peat is a non-renewable resource, and long-term exploit...
