In sunny days, the environment temperature rises, the hollow ball expands due to temperature rise, air pressure in the water diversion pipe is reduced, or the air ball is compressed by external force, rainwater in the reservoir is sucked into the water diversion pipe and wets the water diversion cotton rope, and the water diversion cotton rope has a capillary effect, so that water can be supplied to the soil covering layer.
