The whitening and anti-aging composition consists of the following components: 0.05-3 parts of arbutin, 0.05-3 parts of ascorbic acid glucoside, 0.001-0.1 part of glutathione, 0.5-5 parts of nicotinamide, 0.1-2 parts of tranexamic acid, 0.0005-0.05 part of dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzyl amide diacetate, 0.00005-0.005 part of acetyl tetrapeptide-2, and 0.0001-0.005 part of oligopeptide-4. The arbutin, the ascorbic acid glucoside, the glutathione, the nicotinamide and the tranexamic acid are selected as the whitening components; the dipeptide diaminobutyryl benzyl amide diacetate, the acetyl tetrapeptide-2 and the oligopeptide-4 are selected as anti-aging components; the whitening components cover a whole melanin generation path, and full-path whitening is achieved; and the anti-aging components aim at various aging expressions, multi-aspect anti-aging is achieved, besides, the whitening components and the anti-aging components have a synergistic interaction effect, and the whitening and anti-aging effects of the composition can be remarkably improved through the combined action of the whitening components and the anti-aging components.
