Abstract

The invention discloses a header-system connecting system based on a high-pressure cylinder unthreaded shaft and reheat steam and an operation method. The header-system connecting system based on the high-pressure cylinder unthreaded shaft and the reheat steam comprises conventional boilers, steam-water systems of steam turbine units and parts of additional systems. The additional systems communicate reheat hot section steam and condensed water to corresponding headers respectively, and meanwhile, a high-pressure cylinder rotor of a certain unit is replaced with an unthreaded shaft. When boilers of parts of units are shut down, are in hot standby or run in daily start-stop, steam turbines of the units in which the boilers are shut down can obtain reheat steam by controlling a connecting valve bank between each header and the corresponding unit, the condensed water of the units in which the boilers are shut down is recovered, and thus, the effect that the units do not stop while the boilers are shut down is achieved; and in addition, high-pressure heaters of the units in which the boilers are shut down do not work, so that more energy is saved. By adopting the method, under the operation conditions of less boilers and more units, further decoupling of the units and the boilers can be realized, and under the normal operation condition of the boilers put into operation, the output electric power rate of steam turbine generator units under the deep peak regulation operation condition is further reduced.
