Abstract

The wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant chemical process pump comprises a pump body, a connecting pipe and a pipette, wherein a first impeller is arranged in the pump body; a first motor is arranged at the left end of the pump body; an output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft, and the end, close to the first impeller, of the rotating shaft is fixedly sleeved with a wear-resistant sheet; the wear-resistant sheet is fixedly connected with the first impeller; a wear-resistant plate is arranged on the inner wall of the pump body; a second motor is installed on the outer wall of the connecting pipe, and an output shaft of the second motor is fixedly connected with a rotating rod; a substrate is fixedly installed in the pipette; a grinding device is arranged in the pipette; and a second filter screen is fixedly installed in the connecting pipe. According to the chemical process pump, particles are blocked by arranging the second filter screen, wear of the rotating first impeller due to the fact that solid particles enter the pump body is avoided, meanwhile, blockage of the pump body is avoided, and the corrosion resistance of the chemical process pump is improved by arranging an anode plate.
