AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology describes how previous studies focused primarily on treatments for heart disease caused by stents or other medical devices used during surgery. However it does not involve any specific genetic mutations that can cause this condition.

Problems solved by technology

This patent discusses how various processes involving necrocytoma growth stimulation/inflammations contribute to vasculitis induced by chemotherapy or radiation therapies during surgery on patients who suffer from these conditions. There remains a technical challenge associated with this issue due to unknown roles played by specific components within the neutrovascular network.

Abstract

The invention provides an application of a Notch signaling pathway in inhibition of PCI postoperative restenosis by ACE2, in-vivo research is carried out by establishing a model of rat balloon injury aortic endothelium and simulating the process of restenosis caused by endothelial repair and neointimal proliferation after PCI postoperative vascular endothelial injury; and at the same time, by culturing VSMC and stimulating VSMC proliferation, molecular biology experiment technologies such as siRNA, Western Blot and RT-PCR are applied, the effects and mechanisms of a Notch signal transduction pathway, an inflammatory mediator and a plurality of other signal pathways in inhibition of neointima formation by an ACE2-Ang (l-7)-Mas axis are discussed; the action mechanism of an angiotensin II receptor antagonist ARB drug in prevention of restenosis is studied; and a new theoretical basis and an action target are provided for preventing ISR.
