The invention discloses a method and system for optimized configuration of energy in a hydrogen production station. The method comprises the following steps: setting equipment models of multiple pieces of equipment in the hydrogen production station at all moments; setting a target function according to the equipment models and equipment capacity; setting constraint conditions of the target function, wherein the constraint conditions comprise an equipment constraint condition, an electric power balance constraint condition, a thermal power balance constraint condition and a cold power balance constraint condition; and under the condition that the constraint conditions are met, solving the target function based on a preset algorithm to obtain a capacity configuration result of each piece of equipment. On one hand, when the hydrogen station is configured, a hydrogen production amount, an electric energy requirement and heat energy and cold energy requirements needed in the operation process of the hydrogen production station are considered at the same time, so optimal configuration is more reasonable; and on the other hand, the capacity optimization configuration of the main equipment of the hydrogen production station is considered, and the optimal state of the main equipment at each operation moment is planned, so the optimization configuration is more comprehensive.
