The pressure-adjustable magnetic liquid safety valve includes a rotary knob (1), a valve body (3), keys (4 and 7), a rotating shaft (5), a permanent magnet (6), a pressure relief opening (8), a pole shoe (9), pole teeth (11) and a magnetic liquid (12). According to the valve, a magnetic liquid sealing technology is utilized, the permanent magnet (6) provides a magnetic source and forms a magnetic loop together with the pole shoe (9), the rotary knob (1) and the valve body (3), so that magnetic liquid (12) is attracted to the pole teeth (11) to form a plurality of liquid sealing rings. By rotating the rotary knob (1), a distance from the pole teeth (11) to the inner upper end surface of the valve body (3) is adjusted, and then, different opening pressure values are determined. When an internal pressure of a container exceeds a preset value, the pressure is automatically relieved through the pressure relief opening (12).
