[0073] Based on the sleep point determined by the sleep doctor based on the PSG signal monitored by the patient, the accuracy of the patented sleep point automatic detection algorithm is verified.

[0074] 1) Subject 1: Female, 163cm in height, 55kg in weight, 34 years old, analyzed the sleep point according to the monitored ECG signal and triaxial acceleration signal, such as Image 6 shown.

[0075] 2) Subject 2: Female, 158cm in height, 50kg in weight, 28 years old, analyzed the sleep point according to the monitored ECG signal and triaxial acceleration signal, such as Figure 7 shown.

[0076] 3) Subject 3: Male, 175cm in height, 73kg in weight, 41 years old, analyzed the sleep point according to the monitored ECG signal and triaxial acceleration signal, such as Figure 8 shown.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting a falling-asleep point. The method comprises the steps that an MP matrix is obtained through an electrocardiosignal of a subject; a state transition point is obtained through the MP matrix; a sleep period is obtained through a three-axis acceleration signal, synchronous with the electrocardiosignal, of the subject; and the falling-asleep point in the state transition points is determined through the sleep period.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to sleep detection technology, in particular to a method for detecting a falling asleep point. Background technique [0002] Sleep takes up one-third of human life, poor sleep quality can lead to physical and mental fatigue during the day, sleep disorders can lead to depression, diabetes, high blood pressure and many other cardiovascular diseases. As the starting point of sleep quality evaluation, sleep point plays a very important role in accurately judging sleep quality. [0003] The current "gold standard" of sleep monitoring is polysomnography (PSG), which can accurately detect the subject's sleep point based on the monitored EEG, ECG, EMG, eye movement, respiration and blood oxygen signals. Accurate judgment of sleep quality provides a basic guarantee. However, PSG requires the subject to wear EEG electrodes in the sleep laboratory, which makes the subject feel uncomfortable and affects the subject's sleep to a ce...
