Abstract

The supporting plate comprises at least one bending area and non-bending areas located on the two sides of the bending area; the bending area comprises two half-bending areas which are symmetrically bent along a bending axis; any half-bending area comprises an inner bending area and an outer bending area, wherein the inner bending area is located at one end far away from the non-bending area, the outer bending area is located at one end close to the non-bending area, and the bending direction of the outer bending area is opposite to that of the inner bending area; each half-bending area comprises a plurality of open pores which are distributed at intervals, the density of the open pores of the inner bending area is a first density, the density of the open pores of the outer bending area is a second density, and the first density is larger than the second density. According to the supporting plate and the folding display device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the risk of adhesive layer separation at the junction of the inner bending area and the outer bending area when the folding display device is bent can be reduced.
