According to the invention, the difficulty and the workload of image information analysis are reduced by acquiring the condition information and cutting the whole image into the sub-image information, the accuracy is improved, a large amount of noise is objectively eliminated by setting the condition information, and a reference is also provided for selection of subsequent identification points; the sub-image information provides possibility for selection of the focus recognition area, and the accuracy is improved.
