The processing steps of the information processing center includes: firstly, dividing an image into different color intervals, clustering similar pixels by using a mean shift algorithm, and calculating a color saliency value; converting the image into a gray scale space, clustering similar pixels through a mean shift algorithm, and calculating a gradient significance value; calculating a texture contrast difference value between the pixel blocks, and solving a texture saliency value; weighting and fusing the multi-feature saliency value of each pixel block according to a center distance method to obtain a foreground segmentation result image; and finally, subtracting the foreground segmentation result image from the original image to obtain an image background so as to achieve foreground and background segmentation.
