The invention provides a control device, a display device and an operation method thereof. The control device includes a signal-output device, a signal modulation device, a storage device, and a processing device. The signal-output device outputs a plurality of data signals. The signal modulation device outputs a plurality of modulation signals. The storage device is coupled to the signal-output device and stores a large amount of display data. The processing device is coupled to the signal-output device and the signal modulation device.
