Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting mixed gas after pyrolysis of environment-friendly gas by infrared spectroscopy. The method comprises the following steps of: repeatedly using a vacuum pump to pump away gas impurities in a first gas chamber, a second gas chamber, a third gas chamber and a fourth gas chamber; introducing tested sample gas into the first gas chamber, and opening a carrier gas valve to introduce helium into each gas chamber, so that the gas pressure is balanced; opening a first valve to introduce the gas in the first gas chamber into the sample cell for infrared detection, and repeating the operation in the next gas chamber until the infrared detection of the gas in each gas chamber is completed; respectively comparing and analyzing the measured infrared spectrograms, and qualitatively analyzing specific substances in the mixed gas through standard gas; pumping the gas in each gas chamber by means of the vacuum pump; introducing helium into each gas chamber and drying and storing the same after reaching balance. According to the method, the interference of various types of products on qualitative analysis of the infrared spectrogram is reduced so as to meet the requirement of researchers for analyzing and researching the products under the condition that a measuring instrument is limited.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the detection and analysis field of environmental protection gas and its mixed gas after pyrolysis, in particular to a method for detecting the mixed gas after pyrolysis of environmental protection gas by infrared spectroscopy. Background technique [0002] Environmental protection insulating gas C 4 f 7 N, C 5 f 10 O, C 6 f 12 O needs to be used with some buffer gas CO when used as an insulating medium in electrical equipment 2 , N 2 etc., and detecting the decomposition products of these mixed gases at high temperature is an environmentally friendly insulating gas instead of SF 6 As an important link in the study of insulating media. However, in the current experiment process, there is a problem of doping with other gases. The mixed gas after doping with other gases interferes with the qualitative analysis of the infrared spectrum, which seriously affects the accuracy of the experimental results.
