The method comprises the steps: by employing a low-frequency intermittent technology, determining a low-frequency intermittent point of a resonance current double-frequency envelope through detecting a zero crossing point of a sinusoidal modulation signal, completelyturning off an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) of a power unit at the low-frequency part of the resonance current double-frequency envelope, and after a set time is over, turning on the IGBTagain, and exiting from the low-frequency intermittent state. According to the invention, the low-frequency intermittent point of the resonance current double-frequency envelope is determined by detecting the zero crossing point of the sinusoidal modulation signal, and the IGBTs of the power unit are all turned off at the moment, so that the loss of the power unit during low-power operation can beeffectively reduced, and the operation efficiency of the energy router system is remarkably improved.
