Problems solved by technology

[0005] Although the location and fault identification technology of insulators based on static images has been rapidly developed, however, because the insulators are installed in the field, the insulator images are greatly affected by light, weather, environment and other conditions, and the detection of insulators based on real-time collected images still has great difficulties.
The current insulator health detection algorithm still has the problems of slow positioning speed and low recognition accuracy, especially in the case of complex backgrounds, it is difficult to meet the requirements of real-time positioning and fault identification of insulators

Abstract

The invention discloses a power line insulator rapid detection and positioning method and system based on a on-site image. The method comprises the steps: acquiring a target image; performing rotationcorrection processing on the target image; and obtaining an insulator positioning result based on the trained YOLOv4 algorithm according to the target image after rotation correction processing. Through optimization modeling of a convergence function, the convergence speed and classification performance of a YOLOv4 algorithm are enhanced, and accurate identification and positioning of insulatorsin a field image are achieved. Meanwhile, an insulator self-adaptive rotation correction algorithm is provided, and the recognition precision of insulators in different space states is improved. Compared with a naive YOLOv4 algorithm, the algorithm has the advantages that the average detection precision of the insulator can be improved by more than 1.5%, and accurate positioning and detection precision of the on-site insulator of the power line can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of image processing technology, in particular to a method and system for rapid detection and positioning of power line insulators based on on-site images. Background technique [0002] The statements in this section merely mention the background art related to this application, and do not necessarily constitute the prior art. [0003] With the continuous improvement of the national grid system, the mileage of overhead transmission lines continues to increase. The insulator string is one of the indispensable key components in the transmission line. Because insulators are exposed to the wild for a long time, they are vulnerable to environmental factors such as lightning strikes, pollution, bird damage, ice and snow weather, and sudden temperature changes. occur, seriously threatening the operation safety of transmission lines. In order to ensure the safe operation of transmission lines, it is necessary to c...
