A rotary charging barrel is installed on the upper portion of the shell, the bottom of the rotary charging barrel communicates with a chute, a plurality of first air outlets are annularly distributed in the side wall of the shell and connected with a first conveying pipe, a top plate is fixed to the top of the shell, and an exhaust frame is installed in the rotary charging barrel; the first conveying pipe is connected with the exhaust frame through a universal joint, a plurality of second air outlets are annularly distributed in the side wall of the shell and connected into a blast furnace through a second conveying pipe, and an air pump is installed on the second conveying pipe and located above the firstair outlets; and the first air outlets and the second air outlets are arranged in a staggered manner in the radial direction of the shell, and annular partition plates are arranged between the firstair outlets and the second air outlets.
