The method comprises the following steps of 1, putting molasses into afermentation tank, diluting with water, and regulating the pH value to 5-6; adding beta-fructosyl transferase into the molasses solution, and carrying out an enzymolysis reaction; when enzymolysis iscarried out for 1-8 hours, adding glucose oxidase for asynchronous enzymolysis and obtaining functional oligosaccharide; and 2, mixing the raw materials, wherein the raw material mixture is prepared from the following substances of, in percentage by mass, 5 to 15 percent of enzymolyzed molasses, 10 to 30 percent of corn, 5 to 15 percent of bran, 20 to 30 percent of soybean meal, 15 to 25 percent of peanut meal and 12 to 25 percent of hybrid paper mulberry, adding a complex microbial inoculant and a complex enzyme preparation into the mixture for fermentation to obtain a fermentation product, namely the biological feed containing the functional oligosaccharide.
