The gamma curve adjusting method comprises the following steps: the reference duty ratio of alight-emitting control signal being determined according to the duty ratio of the light-emitting control signal under the preset refresh rate; determining a third refresh rate according to the light-emitting control signal at the first refresh rate, the light-emitting control signal at the second refresh rate and the reference duty ratio, wherein the third refresh rate is located between the firstrefresh rate and the second refresh rate, and the duty ratio of the third refresh rate is equal to the reference duty ratio; and adjusting the gamma curve according to the third refresh frequency.
