Abstract

The water-based paint spray booth dry- type filtering device and themaintenance and replacement method thereof are safe, low in cost and large in paint containing capacity, and particularly a carton filter is convenient to replace. A support is fixedly installed in apit. A first fluency strip is mounted on the support; the carton filter is arranged on the support and is placed above a first fluency strip; a second fluency strip is arranged in a placement area; alifting frame is vertically mounted in the pit; an electric hoist is mounted on the lifting frame; a framework is connected with the electric hoist; and a pulley is installed on the framework, and theframework is slidably connected with the lifting frame through the pulley in a lifting mode. When the carton filter is maintained and replaced, a carton replacing trolley is pushed to the front of the support, the saturated carton filter is pushed out of the support through the first fluency strip, and then the saturated carton filter is pushed into the carton replacing trolley through the secondfluency strip. The carton replacing trolley with the saturated carton filter is pushed into the framework, the electric hoist acts to enable a hanging basket to ascend, the carton replacing trolley is conveyed to the ground, and a new carton filter is returned through an original path.
