Planar metal bottom plates are arranged on the bottom surfaces of the planardielectric plates, and vertical metal bottom plates are arranged on the opposite outer side surfaces of the two vertical dielectric plates; metal sheets are arranged in the opposite outer sides of the two vertical metal bottom plates and located on the upper surfaces of the planar dielectric plates respectively, and the two metal sheets are connected with the corresponding vertical metal bottom plates respectively and connected with the planar metal bottom plates through metal through holes penetrating through the planar dielectric plates respectively; the planar dielectric plates are provided with T-shaped structure microstrip lines, and the two vertical dielectric plates are respectively provided with a vertical microstrip line, and are respectively connected with two ports of a straight line in the T-shaped structure.
