Abstract

The invention discloses a seabed base platform with an ocean current energy power generation function. The seabed base platform comprises a platform body and a gravity ballast assembly connected withthe bottom of the platform body through steel cables, wherein the downward pulling force generated by the gravity of the gravity ballast assembly is balanced with the buoyancy of the platform body. The platform body comprises a connecting bridge assembly, power generation assemblies and a yaw wing, wherein the connecting bridge assembly is provided with a ballast compartment. The gravity ballast assembly comprises a gravity block and a steering assembly fixed to the gravity block and used for achieving horizontal steering of the platform body. The steering assembly comprises a lower thrust bearing, a sliding table capable of freely rotating around the axis, an upper thrust bearing and a fixing ring, wherein the fixing ring is fixedly connected with the gravity block and tightly presses thesteering assembly. One end of each steel cable is fixed to the platform body, and the other end of each steel cable is fixed to the sliding table and can rotate along with the sliding table. Horizontal steering of the platform body is achieved through the steering assembly, the seabed base platform keeps its direction consistent with the direction of incoming flow, and therefore power generationof higher efficiency is further achieved.
