An application method of the pollution-free bactericidal composition for preventing and treating cucumberdowny mildew comprises the following steps: diluting the bactericidal composition with water in use: when the number of leaves of a plant is less than seven, adding 200 volume of water into the bactericidal composition for dilution for use; and when the number of the leaves of the plant is at least seven, adding 100 volume of water into the bactericidal composition for dilution for use. The bactericidal composition for preventing and treating cucumber downy mildew and the application method thereof have the following beneficial effects: 1, tests show that the bactericidal composition can prevent more than 85% of cucumber plants from being infected by downy mildew while improving the carbon-nitrogen ratio and trace elements of the plants; and 2, no pollution is caused.
