The real-time monitoring and early warning system comprises an image collection module, animage analysis module, a storage module and a comparison and judgment module, wherein the image collection module is suitable for collecting the fine muscle vibration of the face, neck and other parts of a human body and the overall change of the human body; the image analysis module is electrically connected with the image collection module and is suitable for obtaining vibration parameters of to-be-detected personnel according to pixel point changes of multiple frames of continuously collected images; the storage module stores standard parameters reflecting psychological and physiological states and emotional changes; and the comparison and judgment module is correspondingly and electrically connected with the image analysis module and the storage module, and is suitable for comparing the vibration parameters of the to-be-tested personnel with the standard parameters to obtain the psychological and physiological states and emotional changes of the to-be-tested personnel.
