The system comprises a data collection module which is used for collecting the monitoring index data of a mixed resource, andtransmitting the collected monitoring index data to a data processing module, a data processing module used for receiving the monitoring index data sent by the data acquisition module, forming alarm information for the monitoring index data meeting a preset alarm rule by using Prometres, and triggering alarm of corresponding resources, and a data storage module used for storing the monitoring index data received by the data processing module.
