Problems solved by technology

[0005] In addition, the existing relatively mature prediction methods include the sweet spot prediction method based on the spatial interpolation method to obtain evaluation parameters in areas without wells. The spatial interpolation method uses the semivariogram relationship between sample points and performs interpolation prediction on unknown points based on adjacent sample points. This method works better in areas where the distribution of known sample points is dense, but in areas where samples are sparse, there will be large errors

Abstract

The invention provides a prediction method and device for unconventional resource sweet spot distribution. The method comprises the steps: obtaining single-well final recoverable reserve data of production wells at the same geological horizon of an evaluation area; calculating the Euclidean distance between any two sample points in the evaluation area and establishing a distance matrix; performingcalculating according to the distance matrix to obtain a distance-correlation matrix, and performing fitting according to the distance-correlation matrix to obtain a distance-correlation model; carrying out edge distribution fitting on the final recoverable reserve data of all the sample points and determining edge distribution types of the final recoverable reserve data; obtaining a final recoverable reserve simulation value according to the edge distribution type and the association model, and performing weighted average calculation on the final recoverable reserve simulation value to obtain a final recoverable reserve prediction value at the prediction point; and predicting the dessert distribution of the unconventional resources according to the final recoverable reserve prediction value at the prediction point. The method can predict the dessert area at the early stage of exploration, reduce exploration risks caused by limited data, and improve the accuracy of determining the dessert area.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method and device for predicting the sweet spot distribution of unconventional resources, and belongs to the technical field of mathematical geology. Background technique [0002] With the maturity and popularization of horizontal drilling and multi-stage fracturing technologies, the exploration and development of shale gas and shale oil have become two hot spots in oil and gas exploration and development in North America in recent years. Unconventional oil and gas resources mainly refer to oil and natural gas resources produced in tight, low-porosity and low-permeability reservoirs, such as tight sandstone, siltstone and shale with natural fractures. These resources are generally distributed continuously in geological units at the regional level. Although the structure plays a certain role in the accumulation of oil and gas, the structure does not become a condition that restricts the distribution of unconventional oil and g...
