The method comprises the following steps: culturing a basic honeybee colony before a loquat flowering phase; in the early stage of loquat flowering, dispersedly placing beehives everywhere in a loquat garden; and after a honeybee colony is built, putting glass slides coated with brood pheromone into the honeybee colony to induce the honeybees to collect pollen at fixed positions in the loquat garden, removing the pheromone after placing for 1-1.5 h, and terminating induction till the endof the flowering period. According to the method, the loquat tree pollination efficiency of honeybees can be effectively improved, manpower and capital investment for manually pollinating loquat treesis reduced, and loquat tree pollination cost is reduced; and through honeybee pollination, fruit quality is improved, no toxic or harmful effect is caused to the environment, and induction effect isremarkable.
