Embodiment 1

[0075] The absorption liquid is deionized water, and the resistivity is 18.2 MΩ·cm. The gas is the volatilized gas in the aerobic composting process, which is transported to the air inlet of the device of the present invention through pipelines, wherein the NH 3 The concentration is 1.7g / m 3 , the voltage of the electric concentration system is 30V, and the flow rate of the absorption liquid is 4.5m 3 / h.

[0076] After being efficiently absorbed by the volatile gas in the aerobic composting reactor and treated by the electric concentration system, the NH at the upper gas outlet of the absorption unit 3 The removal rate was 89%. The pH of the concentrated solution is 11.25, and the pH of the absorbed solution is 7.03.

Abstract

The invention provides a device for recovering volatile gas generated in an aerobic composting process. The device comprises an absorption unit, a concentration unit, a waste heat recovery unit, an absorption liquid pool and a concentrated liquid pool; the volatile gas generated in the aerobic composting process enters the absorption unit from a gas inlet of the absorption unit and moves from thebottom to the top of the absorption unit. Gas absorption liquid is sprayed out of a spraying assembly, makes full contact with the volatile gas in the filler layer, is absorbed by the absorption liquid, is collected by a liquid collection assembly and then enters the concentration unit. Under the action of electric field force, positive ions in the absorption liquid penetrate through a cation exchange membrane to move towards the cathode, negative ions penetrate through an anion exchange membrane to move towards the anode, and due to movement of the ions in the absorption liquid, a concentrated liquid chamber and a thin liquid chamber are formed between the cation exchange membrane and the anion exchange membrane at intervals. And solutions in the concentrated liquid chamber and the thin liquid chamber respectively enter the concentrated liquid pool and the absorption liquid pool through the waste heat recovery unit. The device disclosed by the invention has a good absorption effect onthe volatile gas in a composting process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of environmental engineering, in particular to a device and a recovery method for recovering volatile gas generated in an aerobic composting process. Background technique [0002] With the continuous expansion of my country's economic scale, people's living standards have been significantly improved, and the demand for meat has also continued to increase, and the scale of my country's aquaculture industry has continued to expand. During the rapid development of animal husbandry, a large amount of breeding waste was also produced. [0003] Among all the means of harmless treatment and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, aerobic composting technology has been widely used due to its advantages of simple operation, economical operation, and technical feasibility. During aerobic composting, air pollutants emitted include NH 3 , CO 2 、H 2 S, VOCs and harmful microorganisms, among which NH 3 ...
