Embodiment 1

[0038] In order to facilitate a better understanding of this technical solution, combined with Figure 1 to Figure 3 , this embodiment provides a specific implementation form of continuously variable transmission, and at the same time makes a more detailed description of its principles and functions:

[0039] For the convenience of understanding, the following four parts explain the working principle.

[0040] first part

[0041] like image 3 As shown, the fourth ring gear 12, the fourth planetary gear 13, and the fourth sun gear 14 form a planetary gear. The fifth ring gear 20 , the fifth planetary gear 21 and the fifth sun gear 23 form a planetary gear. Both planetary gears are identical. The fourth sun gear 14 is connected with the fifth sun gear 23 by a hollow shaft. The fourth planet carrier 15 has a second bevel gear 18, the fifth planet carrier 22 has a third bevel gear 19, the second bevel gear 18 and the third bevel gear 19 are all meshed with the first bevel gea...

Abstract

The invention discloses an infinitely variable transmission. The infinitely variable transmission comprises planetary gears. Each planetary gear comprises an inner gear ring, a planet carrier and a sun wheel. In the two planetary gears, the inner gear rings, the planet carriers and the sun wheels are in series connection correspondingly. The inner gear rings in the two planetary gears are in transmission connection; the sun wheels in the two planetary gears are in transmission connection; and the planet carriers in the two planetary gears are in transmission connection. In the mentioned threetransmission connection lines, one or more are in fixed-rotating-speed-difference variable speed transmission. The infinitely variable transmission further comprises a speed regulator. The speed regulator is in series connection into one of the transmission connection lines and used for infinitely regulating the variable speed difference of the transmission connection line where the speed regulator is located. The transmission connection line where the speed regulator is located and the transmission connection line where variable speed transmission is located are different transmission connection lines. According to the infinitely variable transmission, the planetary gears are applied to achieve all-geared engagement; and the infinitely variable transmission has the beneficial effect of zero crossing point continuous speed regulation and meanwhile is large in transmission power and high in transmission efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of transmissions, in particular to a continuously variable transmission, a continuously variable transmission method and its application. Background technique [0002] Continuously variable transmission is a commonly used transmission device in mechanical transmission system. Through the gradual change of transmission ratio, the speed of the output shaft can be continuously changed within a certain range, so as to meet the requirements of various working conditions of the machine production system during operation. . [0003] It has a remarkable effect on improving the output of products, adapting to the needs of product transformation, saving energy, and realizing the mechanization and automation of the entire system. Therefore, the continuously variable transmission has become a general-purpose transmission element and has been widely used in automobiles and various industrial sectors. [0004] Existing ...
