A push-up device capable of exercising abdomen comprises a supporting plate, wherein a plurality of first inserting parts are arranged on the top surface of the supporting plate; two handles, which are provided with two second inserting parts capable of being in butt joint with the first inserting parts and transverse rods allowing the handles to be held by hands, wherein the two second insertingparts of the handles can be selectively in butt joint with the two first inserting parts to achieve fixation of the handles.
